Governments on All Levels Need to Be Honest About the Value of Face Masks

The only reason it is being advocated only for sick people during the current coronavirus situation is not because masks are not effective in slowing the spread to healthy people, it is because of the shortages that are rampant. At some point we are going to have enough masks, but a population trained that they only have value when we are sick will only lead to the dragging of the spread of the disease.
