Mindy Grossman to List of 50 Most Influential People in Health Care

 WW (NASDAQ: WTW) today announced that TIME Magazine has named Mindy Grossman, President and Chief Executive Officer of WW, to its list of the 50 Most Influential People in Health Care 2018. This list recognizes 50 people who changed the state of health care in America this year, highlighting Mindy as a visionary leader who is redefining wellness.

Over the course of the past year, WW has undertaken various initiatives to increase access to wellness. These efforts, as noted by TIME Magazine, include the social impact campaign WW Good™ that – in partnership with WE, Wholesome Wave, and Community Food Centres Canada – gathered nearly 8,000 attendees and enabled WW to provide healthy meals to 12,000 local families in need and donate 15,000+ pounds of fresh food to local food banks. WW also announced that starting in January 2019, every product sold directly to consumers by WW globally will have no artificial sweeteners, flavors, colors and preservatives

On September 24, 2018, the company announced that it would become WW to reflect the next stage of the company’s evolution to focus on overall health and wellness.
