Mass Killings: Psychiatric Drugs Cause Violence and Suicide
INTERVIEW ON THE PRICE OF BUSINESS SHOW, MEDIA PARTNER OF THIS SITE.
Recently Kevin Price, Host of the nationally syndicated Price of Business Show, interviewed Dr. Linda Lagemann.
According to a statement from Dr. Linda Lagemann: “With the two most recent tragic mass killings in El Paso, TX and Dayton, OH, we need to get past political fighting that distracts us from the source that has the biggest vested interest in staying out of the media glare — the psychiatric-pharmaceutical industry that rakes in $35 billion in annual sales in the U.S. alone. Psychotropic drugs are called that (psyche=mind and tropic=turning, affecting) because they are mind-altering drugs. They cause some people to think and behave in ways that are foreign to them. International drug regulatory agencies, including the FDA, have issued warnings about psychotropic drugs causing violence and suicide. Juries and judges have ruled in some tragic homicide cases that psychotropic drugs was the cause. Statistics showing the massive increase in drug sales and the coincident increase in suicides and mass killings need thoughtful attention, if we are to get correct solutions.” See www.cchrint.org for more info.
About Dr. Lagemann
Dr. Linda Lagemann is a former psychologist and national expert on the damage being done in our society by psychology and psychiatry — the “mental health” profession. She has been interviewed on radio shows across the country, advised on legislation, been interviewed on court TV, been a contributor on Huffington Post, and was featured in the independent documentary The Big Lie: American Addict 2.
Dr. Lagemann speaks from extensive education, experience, and observation on the subjects of psychology and psychiatry. As a former highly trained Clinical Psychologist, Psychoanalyst, and Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Medicine, University of California at San Francisco (UCSF), she has a unique perspective. After all her education and 23 years of experience with these subjects, Dr. Lagemann faced the difficult fact that the “mental health” field was not only failing to provide real answers and solutions to people’s problems in life, but was actually causing harm and in some cases that harm was horrific. She quit the profession and has spent the past seven years actively researching and exposing the damage being done to Americans by the “mental health” field through its: 1) specious* disempowering psychological evaluations and interpretations and 2) psychiatric labels and drugs resulting in rising statistics on suicides, school shootings, homelessness, and various health problems.
Dr. Lagemann now, unapologetically, uses quotation marks when referring to the “mental health” field.
She has dedicated herself to ensuring the public, especially parents, has access to the crucial information the psychology and psychiatric pharmaceutical industries conceal. There is a massive industry that rakes in billions of dollars and is not providing any cures and is actually making people sick. Psychologists weaken people and perpetuate endless “therapy” and psychiatrists tell people their struggles are out of their control and they need a pill to fix themselves. It is remarkable that the psychology and psychiatric pharmaceutical industries are given so much power by government (e.g., in the education system, courts, military) and are still given taxpayer dollars when the lack of cures is admitted by them and the damage is so clear.
